Hi and welcome to your final stop along the Torch Relay Blog Hop :) You should have already visited both Sheree's & Chloe's but blogs if you haven't, hop along there now so you can leave a comment!
Over the next few weeks we are running an Olympiad over at Scrapz.Biz which starts today, Friday 27 July 2012 at 7am with the Opening Ceremony but before the Olympiad begins we have been holding a Torch Relay blog hop where each of the design team have shared a motivational card or layout of encouragement. Here's mine...
Using Echo Park's So Happy Together collection
along with some gorgeous glitter Thickers as well as a few other bits & pieces from the store.

Once you've left a comment on each of our blogs, you'll need to create and upload your own motivational card/layout of encouragement by Sunday midnight, 29 July 2012 to the Scrapz gallery to go into a draw for a nice little October Afternoon scrappy pack!

Moving onto the comp...which starts now!!!
There will be a total of 8 events you can compete in. Each challenge is sketch-based with extra criteria as a requirement.
A merit prize will be awarded for each event. Each competitor who has completed the challenge by the due date and has completed a minimum of 5 events will go into a lucky draw to win the merit prize and a $10 voucher for that event. Multiple wins are allowed. You will go into the draw for each event completed whether you have won a prize in another event or not. Prizes will be drawn at the conclusion of the competition.
There will also be a major prize for the most successful competitor and a runner-up prize. A minimum of 5 events have to be completed to be in the running for the major prizes.
The runner-up will receive a $50 scrap pack.
The winner of Scrapz Olympiad will be invited to be guest designer for one month and receive a $100 scrap pack.
All challenges have to be completed by midnight August 19, 2012.
You've gotta be in it to win it and we'd love for you to join in the fun!! :-)

I'm still trying to catch up with all of the layouts I have been scrapping and found a few more from May that I haven't blogged yet :)
First up is a layout I created using one of my favourite colour combos for a Scrap a Rainbow challenges over at Scrapz.Biz. We were looking at using Inspiration Titles on our layouts and I loved this sweet quote I spotted on Pinterest.
I used a mix of MME goodness to create a page about my little ray of sunshine
We then moved onto Punctuation in our Scrap Write Now challenges... can you tell which one I used?
I decided to use a jumbo sized question mark on my page about some of the funny things Cayden says, this time using lots of Jillibean Soup goodies from the store
Next up is a Fetch a Sketch challenge with a Lists theme and I chose to create a numbered list going down the page using Echo Park's Note to Self collection
Here's the sketch I came up with
and a few of the details...
Repetition was the next topic of our Scrap a Rainbow challenges
and the challenge was to use the above colour combo along with buttons and other round elements
and I scrapped it using a mix of Crate Paper Story Teller and Studio Calico Abroad ranges
  I just ♥ his cheeky face :)
Thanks for sticky around through another catch up and I hope you'll join me for the next lot :)

Oh and don't forget that the Scrapz.Biz Olympiad starts over at Sheree's blog today so be sure to stop by and leave a comment for the chance to win some fabulous October Afternoon goodies!

Hi again :) I'm still playing catch up with layouts from May - this time for a few challenges I joined in on over at Scrapbooking Top 50 forum.
I played along with Sarah's Jackpot challenge for the May Casino Cyber Crop and created this page to go with the challenge criteria to use Bright Colours, Bling and a Big Title.
using a photo of my Cameron with one of the many Lego guns he likes to build
and I even 'borrowed' a few Lego bricks from the boys to add to my page and check out the cute chevron Bits & Pieces button created by Marg

I also had a go at Vicki's roulette challenge where you had the choice of using either red or black as your dominant color... as you can see I chose red.
and teamed it up with kraft, cream and white to create a page for my little cutie ♥
for the cluster I have used one of my Fuzzy Felt Jotters, another one of Marg's cute chevron buttons as well as a chevron flag pick that I made up for the May Swap
I also had a go at Vicki's Sketch challenge to create this page of me and my boys
you may have noticed that I'm loving these little
Studio Calico Wood Veneer People at the moment ;)
I also played along at the recent July Easy as ABC Cyber Crop where I joined in on Ant's Journalling challenge to use at least 26 words of journalling along with some office supplies.
I managed to get 39 words onto my page and added a few paperclips and manila tags
I've added on one of Chloe's cute Rainbow Splendour heart paperclips
as well as one of my Sticky Back Felt scalloped borders
Next up I had a go at Vicki's Initial challenge where each letter of the alphabet represented different criteria to be used on your page and you had to use your initials to determine what your criteria would be - my initials spelled out
A - Mixed Alpha Title
M - Masking
K- Photo of you kids
and this is what I came up with...
I added a Charm's Creations Lovely Lollipop as well as one of Charm's Fabulous Flowers to my cluster
Phewww... it feels good to slowly be getting more up to date! I do have a few more catch-ups to post so I hope you'll come back soon :)

School photos is what we're scrapping over at Scrap the Boys this month!I have lots of school photos still waiting to be scrapped mainly because I've seemed to struggle with this topic in the past and was a bit surprised that this one just seemed to fall into place ;)
This was Cameron from Year 2
I have used a mix of products from Echo Park's This & That Charming Collection from Scrapz.Biz as well as a few other items I had to suit the theme. I have also added a cute little Rainbow Splendour mini pinwheel to pick up the yellow from Cameron's uniform as well a cute chevron flat back button from The Greatest View to which I added a rub-on
If you've got school pics still waiting to be scrapped too then be sure to come and check out how the rest of the team has tackled school photos and maybe even join in for the chance to win some fantastic prizes!!

I've also got a layout for the Scrap the Boys June challenge to share.
The challenge was to create a layout featuring your boy(s) helping others, you also needed to use paint on your layout.
I used a couple of pics of little Cayden helping his dad get ready for fishing using some gorgeous goodies from the Sky High & Pucker Up Kits I was lucky enough to win from Polly Scrap Kits
and as you can see I've used another gorgeous flat back button from The Greatest View on this one too.
Have a great Weekend and thanks for stopping by :)
